霍乱时期的爱情Love in the Time of Cholera(2007)
一个男人和一个女人之间爱的故事。他们在二十岁的时候没能结婚，因为他们太年轻了；经过各种人生曲折之后，到了八十岁，他们还是没能结婚，因为他们太老了。在五十年的时间跨度中，马尔克斯展示了所有爱情的可能性，所有的爱情方式：幸福的爱情，贫穷的爱情，高尚的爱情，庸俗的爱情，粗暴的爱情，柏拉图式的爱情，放荡的爱情，羞怯的爱情……甚至，“连霍乱本身也是一种爱情病”。
