我的CSS订阅里面，有一类是专门给ＩＴ博客的。这部分文章我继承了，只看八卦不关心技术的指导思想。我坚持认为，关注人的本质思想，比关心技术要强大的多。正为所谓，成功取决的是人，不是技术。当然，技术太烂，也一定不能成功。

时间久了，慢慢发现。所谓技术上的大牛，大多还是很喜欢的风月的。比如Oracle的大牛Eygle同学，就很喜欢没事儿折腾几张自己拍的照片到博客上来。弄得一副很小资的样子。再比如DBA notes 同学，就很喜欢给人讲杭州哪儿有好吃的，好玩的。最可爱的是4G Space的同学，其人乃一介ＩＴ文人，是我见过的最八卦的ＩＴ从业者，居然还是个博士。通过读这些人的文章，我深深的意识到，文学素养不高，是没法在IT圈子里面混的。没有小资情调，是成不了Oracle ACE的。在这个强人出没的年代，如果自己不是强人，也不是文人，也当不起小资。那最好的办法是。。。夹起尾巴做。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

My SQL的产品， MBI My SQL  Enabler, 免费提供下载使用。Oracle 数据库销量一年内减少到10%，五年后消失…

3)  Java 工作组，成为MBI公司的内部部门之一，驾着SOA和Cloud computing的东风，一股脑把该企业内部的 IT标准在十年内成为行业标准。

4) 研发出上出现支持 MBI 和Moon 存储的连接设备，客户可以任意切换已有的存储设备。

最近几天电脑经常CPU使用率100%，用任务管理器查看，发现cidaemon.exe CPU占用率100%. Google 后得知，cidaemon.exe 是用来给文件做分类索引服务的进程。于是到任务管理器，选择关闭index services 设置为手动启动。问题解决。
